I use the MST-Yhtiöt office in Kerava, which has been taking care of all my accounting — from bookkeeping to financial statements and tax returns — for the past five years.
I have been extremely satisfied, especially because their pricing is very clear and transparent, and even displayed on their website. It allows me to check in advance what the annual fee will be. For example, in my case the package includes up to 100 transactions per billing period (a quarter), plus the VAT returns, which they submit directly to the tax authority — I just handle the payments. It couldn’t be easier. I simply upload all materials directly into their electronic system (MS-Tosite) or send them by email.
Whenever communication has been needed, email has always worked perfectly. I’ve only been to the Kerava office twice — once in the very beginning to sign the contract and once to deliver receipts — but after that I moved entirely to the digital model.
